This website describes Mansio Group's partnership model for Portuguese family businesses approaching succession. It is informational. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a binding commercial relationship, an offer to invest, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
Any partnership between Mansio Group and a Portuguese business is governed by a separately negotiated shareholders' agreement and ancillary contracts signed by both parties. The Partnership Calculator on the homepage produces illustrative ranges based on sector, scale, and timing patterns. The figures are not commitments and are not a substitute for the detailed financial modelling that precedes any signed partnership. Actual terms are calibrated in conversation against the specific business profile and are documented in the shareholders' agreement.
